How do I book a hotel?
There is a search engine at the upper right side of the website where you can fill in the dates and other information. Only the dates are compulsory..
If you wish to fine-tune your search, you can either click on the option "Go to advanced search" which is located at the lowest part l "search engine" or by clicking the menu option "Hotels in Majorca".
Once the hotels that suit your preferences appear on the screen, you can see photos, facilites, prices and also book a room.
How can I book the transfer services to my hotel?
Once you have completed booking your accomodation, you are given the chance to reserve the transfer services to the hotel you have selected. If you only wish to book the transfer services, just select the menu option Transfer services.
Do your prices include VAT ?
Yes, GutService prices include VAT. No additional charge whatsoever will be made to the price shown. Unless the customer requests another service during his stay at the hotel, the price shown on the screen and voucher will be the final price. This condition also applies in the case of the transfer services.
Do I have to contact the hotel and/or
transfer service provider in order to confirm my reservation?
No, you do not need to. When you make a reservation, GutService will notify you the confirmation by email and will send a copy to the hotel and to the transfer services provider If either/both the hotel or/and transfer provider wish to cancel o confirm your reservation, they will contact you directly. Should you wish or need to contact any of the three parties, you will have all their contact information available on the voucher. This notification will serve you as a warrant of reservation which you will have to hand in when you arrive in the airport and when you check in at the hotel . It is thus very important for you no to lose it.
What do I have to do if my flight has been delayed?
You have to contact the hotel and/or Autocares Levante S.L. through one of the channels of communication shown on the voucher. Please specify the new estimated arrival time and you can rest assured that the transfer provider will be waiting for you.
How do I recognise the transfer service provider at the airport ?
One of our agents holding a file with a GutService logo will be waiting at the arrival lounge at the airport.
How do I cancel a reservation?
Just click on the Reservations tab. You must know the GutService reference number and your email address. You will find this information on the voucher we sent you. You will receive a cancellation email once you have finished the whole process.br />

Where do I have to pay for my reservation?
The accomodation services will be paid for at the hotel by means of the usual procedures, The transfer services must be paid for in cash to the driver at the airport on the day of your arrival.
