This transfer service is being provided by GutService together with one of the most important transfer service provider in Majorca: i.e. Autocares Levante. This tight collaboration enables our customers to enjoy a highly reliable service which has been tested through many years of experience. This service consists of the outbound transfer service from Palma de Majorca airport to any destination on the island and the return transfer. The transfers will be conveyed by means of vehicles with a seating capacity ranging from 4 (cabs) to 60 seats (buses). A transfer reservation may not necessarily be bound to a hotel booking. They may be independent. Autocares Levante staff holding a file with a GutService logo will be waiting for you in front of the Arrivals gate at the Palma de Mallorca airport on your arrival’s day. Children under two years old will not be charged with transfer expenses. Should you require a child safety seat, you must let us know when you fill in your form. In order for your transfer to be as comfortable and fitting as possible, you must also report the special luggage you might bring along. If your type of suitcase does not fit with any of the ones provided in our form, you may describe it under the heading “other”. Please double check that all your personal data and particularly your flight times are correct before completing your reservation. A confirmation voucher will then be sent to you through your email. This voucher will include all the information about your reservation and the contact information of both GutService and the transfer service provider. If you had booked for the return transfer service, the confirmation voucher would also include the time and place where an Autocares de Levante vehicle will pick you up to take you the airport. The payment of the transfer service will be done in cash on the day of your arrival once you are in the vehicle. Please bring your confirmation voucher just in case the driver requests you to show it. Please let the transfer service provider know in advance any change in any of your reservation details /number of passengers, times, dates, places of destination, etc./. You wil find the relevant contact information in the confirmation voucher.
